The room escape games real life setting is completely immersive once you’re inside. The door will close behind you, but it will not be locked. For the safety and enjoyment of all players, a participant may exit a live room escape game at any time. Every precaution has been taken that in the event of an emergency, or even at the request of any guest at any time, the doors can be safely and quickly open.

Keep in mind, once a player exits they will not be allowed to re-enter.

48 hours or more notice: Full booking credit towards a future game or a full refund minus 5% credit card processing fee.

All game times will start as scheduled. You will lose the amount of play time necessary to ensure your game ends on time so we can accommodate the next group on time. If any team members of your party arrive late, they will be allowed to join those who are already participating in the game.

Because of COVID-19, we want you and your team to experience your adventure together without any additional players without any outside potential risks. So you will never be partnered with players you don't know. So as of now, all games will be private so that we adhere to social distancing best practices during the pandemic.

During your game, you will be able to communicate with your Gamemaster at any point in time. If you get stuck, the Gamemaster can provide you with hints to help you move forward in the game.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled game start time. Before your game starts, each participant needs to fill out waivers and briefly go over the rules of the game.
This is not included in the 60 minutes of gameplay. So it is imperative that your party arrives at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event in order to start the game on time.

We recommend being at least 12 years of age to be able to thoroughly enjoy the game. Some scenery in some games may not be appropriate for children under 12, however, all ages are allowed. All kids 13 and younger MUST be accompanied by someone 18 or older.

Electronics are not allowed inside the escape rooms. This allows you and your teammates to immerse yourselves into the experience without distractions. Furthermore electronics are not allowed to avoid conflict with our electronic puzzles. We provide a safe space for you to store your personal possessions free of charge.

Although we prefer for customers to book online, if you didn’t reserve an escape room in advance it's no problem! Walk-in customers are always welcome. We can work to fit you into a room as long as space is available.

We have moved to a new location! Our address is at 9A Norre Gade, St. Thomas, USVI 00802. We are now located in the building next to Evolution Bar and Grill, across from Fort Christian and VI Council on the Arts. We are on the third floor (side entrance).
